The doors to The Seneca opened in August 2021, and we’ve been serving these constituencies faithfully ever since. The Seneca is, indeed, the sweet spot for people needing varying levels of assistance and care, and who wish to maintain and increase their personal independence. We’re a highly evolved Assisted Living community that provides outstanding care and comfort in a beautiful, natural setting.
Unlike other senior living communities in the area, The Seneca does not require any large entrance fee. We are a luxury, assisted living rental community providing sophisticated, nuanced, supportive care for a reasonable community fee and monthly lease payment based on residence and level of service. No buy-in and no long-term commitment are necessary.
